Who We Are

Who Are We?

We are 40 youth from 10 different countries who will travel to Turkey this Summer for 3 weeks to show what meditation is all about.  The first two weeks will be spent at the UN and Peace Child sponsored World Youth Congress where we will meet 1000 delegates from all over the world who are also working to meet the Millennium Goals.  In the last week, we will travel along the Western coast of Turkey holding music and meditation programs at every place we can.

We teach a type of meditation called Sahaja Yoga Meditation, which was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.  This technique is practiced in over 80 countries around the world. More can be found out at: http://www.onlinemeditation.org

What Do We Do?

Its simple.  We teach meditation.  We do this anywhere, anyway from month-long International Tours, to music concerts, to University and High-school programs.

Why Do We Do What We Do?

Like we said, its simple.  We want a better world, and not in the dreamy wishful-thinking sort of way, but in a real, concrete, tangible way.  In some way or another, all of us have found that meditation has improved our lives.  Whether the differences are mental, physical, or emotional, they are there.   Life is just better with meditation.
